“Welcome. Welcome to a brand newday.” A day, that is, without Ciscos website. Cisco.com is down,with no word on whet it will come back up. Apparently the “humannetwork” means the “all-too-human network.” This is beyondembarrassing for the purveyor of network infrastructure; its atechnical snafu that verges on legendary. Ciscos blog says”facility issues” are to blame. Anyone want to bet on a drunkemployee in Ciscos datacenter? Update: as of 1:45 p.m. PacificTime, Cisco.com is back up. Network engineers, clap your hands andsay “Yeah!”
